Create beautiful torn edges quickly and easily with Essentials paper tearing rulers. Faster and easier than deckle-edge scissors, and more precise than free-hand tearing, these fun-colored rulers deliver a professional result every time. Ruler features large and small edges with special centering marking for cropping and alignment. Templates come in a package with one small and one large size. Simply hold down and pull paper towards the ruler edge. Tip: dampen paper around edges with a wet paintbrush to ease tearing.
