Crafter's Toy Box's general office hours are 10:00 am till 4:00
pm Monday thru Friday Mountain Standard Time. We strive to ship orders within
24-48 hours of receipt of credit card orders. Holiday seasons and weekends will
impact shipping so please order early. Actual delivery time will vary according
to distance from Colorado and UPS or Postal Service delivery schedules.
Terms and Conditions:
Additional freight may be charged on heavy products such as craft punches, totes,
paper, etc. In the case of oversized or heavy weight of merchandise that may
incur additional shipping charges, you will be notified by email or telephone
for approval of the extra charges. These are charges assessed by the shipping
company and must be passed on to the consumer in order to keep our prices the
lowest on the web.
APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: Additional UPS or Postal Air Priority
charges are accessed by the shipping company and will be added to total shipping.

- Scrapbook supplies not in stock at the time of ordering will be cancelled
rather than back-ordered by Crafter's Toy Box but can be reordered immediately
by the customer. Items will then be shipped under a separate shipment as soon
as stock is received from our suppliers.
- Products that become out of stock will be deleted from your
order and available products and quantities will be shipped. If your order
requires a specific item or quantity, make a notation in the 'ordering instructions'
area of the shopping cart and request a customer service representative to contact
you by email if shortages occur.
- Sorry, no C.O.D.
- Mailed orders should include a money order or cashiers check
(these orders are shipped out immediately). Send to: Crafter's Toy Box, Inc./PO
Box 5909/Woodland Park, CO 80866-5909. Personal Checks are held for 12 business
days. Orders may also be faxed (603-307-5801) or emailed to our customer service
email link, but will not be shipped until payment of money order, credit card
or cashiers check has been received. Orders may be phoned into our customer
service (719-686-5300) please have your catalog (sku) numbers ready. If customer
provides incorrect shipping address information to Crafter's Toy Box and UPS
issues an address correction, Crafter's Toy Box reserves the right to charge
the $5.00 fee to the customer. Crafter's Toy Box, Inc. reserves the right
to refuse business or services to anyone.
- RETURN POLICY: No returns on special orders.
- Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior
authorization from customer service. They will be refused and returned
at the customers expense (No exceptions)
- Requests for return must be made within 10 days of order
- A 20% restocking charge may be assessed when returns
are not a result of our error. No exceptions will be made. Copy of invoice
must accompany merchandise. Credit will not be given on merchandise received
in unsalable condition and shall be in its original packaging. Absolutely
NO returns on books or computer software allowed.
- Claims Policy:
- Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of
receipt of goods.
- Damage in transit claims must be made with the delivering
carrier, as title to the merchandise passes at the time it leaves our
- Carton count is essential prior to signing freight bill/UPS
register. We will not be responsible for carton shortages once the freight
bill has been signed as shipment received in full.
